Easter Fun at School

I decided to post both of the girls' Easter "parties" in one post, so here come loooots of pics :-).  Their parties & egg hunts were back to back, so I did Hannah's first, then turned around and got to party with Kate!

For Hannah's group, they hunted eggs in the little garden right outside the doors.  The "Easter bunny" aka one of the other kid's dad was there to greet them!  Neither of my kids are big fans of costumed characters, so Hannah just kind of avoided him & focused on collecting eggs!

I did force her into a pic with him though..

After the egg hunt, we had a picnic lunch.

Now, for round 2!  Kate's class paraded down the hall with their hats!

Remember how I said Hannah just ignored the bunny?  Well, see those people all the way far on the right.  That's the bunny.  See Kate all the way on the left?  Yeah.  She didn't ignore him.  She completely avoided him.  Even at the cost of eggs.

But I forced her into a pic too :-)
And got Natalie's first pic with the Easter Bunny!
 Another picnic...

 She's such a good sister!

Birthday Posts

Since I finally uploaded pictures from my camera (you know, since December), I decided to do some birthday posts.  'Cause that's what we do in our house in December.  Birthdays.

Some New, Some Old

Well, mostly old, but it's new to the blog!

I have started to trying to catch up on things I've missed posting over the last 8 or so (you know...that whole 3rd kid thing and this blog aren't exactly the most compatible thing in my life.)  So, I've posted some of Natalie's monthly updates.  You can go to the first of each month if you're interested in those.

I also added some cute videos of each of the girls.  Thought I'd link those since more people are actually interested in that!

Keeping Up with Tradition

Growing up, my mom made the most fun Valentine's breakfast - everything was red or pink & cut into heart shapes!   I wanted to keep up the tradition, but since we aren't really moving at breakfast yet (we'll save that for school days!), we moved our fun to lunch.

David surprised all of his girls with flowers...

We made a little craft...

And ate a yummy lunch!  Heart shaped sandwiches & strawberries, red applesauce, and pink yogurt!

After lunch we whipped up a little dessert.

And after naps, the girls got to open a little gift.

And wrapped up all the fun with a little cupcake decorating

 and eating of course!

School Valentine's Party

The girls had Valentine's parties at school!  They brought little treats for their friends & got to have a fun dessert, too!

Little bit ready to go with me!

Kate's party was just kids - no parents - but I snagged a quick picture of her & Mrs. Tina.

Hannah's class invited the parents.  I can't imagine why they'd want more adults with twelve 18mo-2yr olds??

Natalie was so great - just hung out in the stroller & took it all in!  Love holiday festivities with my girls!
